TThe following terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement which govern your use of our website and purchase of products on our website. Please review the entire agreement carefully. When you submit an order for our product, you are certifying that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
Trial Offer and Continuity Plan Summary

To help you get started, we offer our customers not only a 14 day trial use of Xtra Lash (“Product”), but also an automatic enrollment in the Company’s monthly home delivery program (“Subscription”). We want you to try the Product to determine if it is right for you. When you submit your order, you will receive the Product, subject to a 14 day trial use period, together with a Subscription. You agree to pay the non-refundable discounted Shipping & Handling cost of $4.95 for a trial of the Product (i.e., which will contain a 30 day supply).
If for any reason, you do not find that the Product is right for you, you may call our Customer Service center (i.e, at 1-877-880-7729 or the number shown on your bank statement) to process a written cancellation, or simply send an email with the written subject heading “Cancellation”, to. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the 14-day trial use period , you will not be charged the full price for the Product and the product is yours to keep as the Company’s way of thanking you for trying it. Your 14-day trial use period begins from the order date. Our products are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. If you do not receive your Product within 5 business days after placing an order, please contact a Customer Service representative. Our Customer Service staff will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking information.
If you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14-day trial use period, you will be charged the full $93.00 retail purchase price for the Product received (i.e., to your credit/debit card on file) and you will be automatically enrolled for a Subscription.
Subscription – Customers enrolled for a Subscription will automatically receive a 30 day supply of the Product approximately every 30 days, without any further action on your part. As consideration for each 30 day supply, we will charge your credit/debit card the retail purchase price amount of $99.95 ($93.00 + $6.95 Shipping & Handling) beginning on the 30th day from the order date and every 30 days continuously thereafter until you choose to cancel your Subscription in writing. This constitutes your only notice of the Subscription delivery/billing schedule and no further notice will be sent to you by the Company. To cancel your Subscription at any time, you may call our Customer Service center (i.e, at email@example.com, or at the number shown on your bank statement) to process a written cancellation, or you may simply send an email or letter to the Company with the subject heading “Cancellation” requesting that the same be cancelled.
You may cancel your continuity shipments within, the specified period, any time. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can make us a call (US) 1-877-880-7729 or numbers shown on your bank statement. However, if you are cancelling pursuant to the 14 Day Trial as stated above, the Company will not refund any amount previously paid up to the date of cancellation. For termination, you shall not receive any pro-rate refund for the partial month’s payments and you will be deemed, to remain liable for any and all unpaid charges, billed through to the date of cancellation. We consider that you understand and agree that cancellation of the continuity program is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with the Company. The Company henceforth considers that, you have read, agreed and (met) all the required terms and conditions of the company Policy.

All products (unused portion) coming back are subject to restocking fee of 20% or $20 whichever is greater, it may also vary on product condition i.e. used or unused portion. product in possession for 30 days or more will not be considered refundable
Negative Option Clause - I understand that this consumer transaction involves a negative option, and that I may be liable for payment of future goods and services under the terms of this agreement if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described. We strongly encourage our valued home delivery program members to call our customer support staff to obtain RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Number to help us expedite the refund process Packages marked Return to Sender or refuse delivery may take longer than normal time to credit processing time. The refund will require 3 to 5 business days for approval. Attempted not known will not be processed or refunded.
